All our orders are currently sent by Royal Mail, delivery dates and times can be affected by service provision in the area of delivery.
UK FREE Standard Delivery
All UK Free Standard Delivery orders received before 1pm on day of order, are delivered using 2nd Class Standard Delivery in 2-5 working days from date of payment (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
Free delivery ONLY applies to products marked 'Free Standard Home Delivery' or 'Free Delivery' and for all orders over £30.00, all other products are subject to our standard delivery charges.
UK 2nd Class Standard Delivery
All UK 2nd Class Standard Delivery orders received before 1pm on day of order, are delivered in 2-5 working days from date of payment (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
The cost of UK Standard Delivery is £1.99 for small parcels and £2.99 for larger parcels.
UK 1st Class Standard Delivery
All UK 1st Class Standard Delivery orders received before 1pm on day of order, are delivered in 1-3 working days from date of payment (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
The cost of UK Standard Delivery is £3.99 all parcels.
UK Next Day Express Delivery
DUE TO OPERATION CHANGES AT OUR LOCAL POST OFFICE, WE HAVE HAD TO TEMPORARILY SUSPEND OUR NEXT DAY EXPRESS SERVICE. ONCE OUR LOCAL POST OFFICE HAS RETURNED TO NORMAL OPERATION WE WILL REINSTATE THIS SERVICE.
To qualify for UK Next Day Express Delivery, orders must be placed and paid for by 1pm Monday to Thursday. Any orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the next working day (excludes Bank Holidays).
The cost of UK Next Day Delivery is £7.15. Please note that this service is not available for all our products.
You will be required to sign for all parcels sent next day delivery, if you are out at the time of delivery the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to pick up the parcel. In some instances the carrier may leave your parcel with a neighbour or in your designated safe place, the carrier will leave a calling card to notify you of this.
International Shipping
We currently do not deliver out side of the UK.
Click and Collect in store collection
Any items listed with "Click and Collect" can be collected from our 2a Landguard Road, Shanklin, PO37 7JU store, please bring in either the order number or a copy of your order to collect your paid for item(s).
Shop opening times are 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday.
Terms and Conditions of Delivery
UK Standard and UK Next Day Express Deliveries cannot be made on Sundays or Bank Holidays. UK Next Day Deliveries cannot be made on Saturdays. All orders placed by 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day, orders received Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day (excludes Bank Holidays).
Additional Note: Due to current operational issues at our local Post Office, we are temporarily dispatching all orders within 24 hours of receipt of order. Therefore temporarily we cannot guarantee that all orders received before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day.
Upon purchase we will send an email confirming your items, your delivery address, the total price and any delivery information.
In the unusual instance we do not have in stock any part of your order, we will either telephone you or send and email informing you of any unlikely delay to your order. We will then happily discuss your order and give you an estimated time of delivery of the missing parts or your order. If we cannot fulfil any part of your order, you will be entitled to a full refund of the missing items.
It is your responsibility to check your order at the point of delivery for shortages or obvious damage. Where you have selected UK Next Day Express Delivery and are required to sign for the parcel, please make a note on carriers consignment paperwork when you sign for them that the parcel has been damaged. If you are unhappy to accept the goods for any reason please refuse the delivery and contact us on 01983 863171 as soon as possible. You must report any shortages or damage within 48 hours of taking delivery (no matter the method of delivery). If this is not done we are unable to take the matter up with the carrier.
We reserve the right to use a carrier of our own choosing and to use an alternative carrier other than stated at any time.
Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible. We have additional procedures in place to ensure our customers are protected from on-line fraud. You may, therefore, be contacted before your delivery date so that these checks can be fully carried out. We may place orders temporarily on hold if we are not able to reach you so please ensure suitable telephone number are provided.
