If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases, we are here to help.
Returns
If for any reason you no longer require any part of your order, under Distance Selling Regulations you have 14 days from date of delivery to return any part or all of your order (for faulty or damaged products please see below).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be return in the original packaging and it is your responsibly to ensure that any returned items are packaged securely as we can not refund any items damaged in transit back to us.
Please note: Any damage caused to the product due to misuse or incorrect installation will not qualify for a refund and will also invalidate any guarantees that may come with the product.
Shipping
You will be responsible for you own postage costs for returning any any unwanted items, any we strongly advise that used an insured method with tracking or obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept any liability for any items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive you item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If the returned item or it's packaging is damaged, incomplete or has been used, we we may withhold all or part of the refund.
If your item is approved for a full or partial refund, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. All refunds will include the original cost of delivery.

Faulty Goods
If your item is or appears to be faulty, please either email us at sales@newbells.co.uk or telephone us on 01983 863171 as soon as possible, as some issues can be resolved by email or telephone.
If we cannot solve the issue , we will then arrange for the collection of the item or ask you to post it back to us so we can examine the item and if the item is faulty, we will send you either a replacement or a refund (including postage costs). If the item is not faulty and does not qualify for a refund under Distance Selling Regulations, you may be liable for any postage costs to return the item back to you.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
IMPORTANT: If you are unsure of the correct part/product that you require, we would recommend that you seek the advice of a qualified engineer/electrician or other competent person before purchasing any part/product. Please note that we will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury incurred by the installation of an incorrect part, the incorrect use of any part/product or the incorrect installation of any part/product.
